Payment for services is due as outlined during booking. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge for services rendered.

4. No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or you cancel within 3 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of $25 will apply. This fee will be charged to the card on file or added to your next invoice. Please choose a time to meet that you will be free and communicate early any changes to respect our providers’ time.

5. Telemedicine
Telemedicine visits are subject to applicable laws and regulations. You must have the necessary technology and a secure internet connection. Telemedicine services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
